Dania Pointe is just 4 minutes away with restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and more. Oakwood Plaza is 5 minutes away. The beach is just 6–7 minutes by car, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 8 minutes north. With I-95 close by, Miami and Fort Lauderdale are easily accessible.
Rules
1- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max Occupancy is 6, including visitors.
2- A valid government-issued photo ID and a $100 refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in. The deposit is released after check-out.
3- No smoking, vaping, or drug use. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am per city ordinance. Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 11am.
4- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Maximum 2 pets per reservation. Pet fees apply.
5- Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.
6- Children 2 years and older count as guests.
7- Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form may stay overnight. Overnight visitors not included will incur a $100 fee per night.
8- Total guests must not exceed the maximum property capacity.
9- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.
10- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction without refund.
