Blue Coral Studio is located in a quiet, residential area of Hollywood, Florida—just 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. Within minutes, you’ll find local restaurants, Latin eateries, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and convenience stores. You’re also a short drive from Young Circle ArtsPark, Gulfstream Park, Aventura Mall, and Downtown Hollywood. Easy access to US-1, I-95, and A1A makes trips to Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach fast and simple.
Rules
1- Primary renter must be 18+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max occupancy is 2 guests, including visitors.
2- A valid government-issued photo ID and a $100 refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in. The deposit is released after check-out.
3- No smoking, vaping, or drug use. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am per city ordinance. Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 11am.
4- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Maximum 2 pets per reservation. Pet fees apply.
5- Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.
6- Children 2 years and older count as guests.
7- Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form may stay overnight. Overnight visitors not included will incur a $100 fee per night.
8- Total guests must not exceed the maximum property capacity.
9- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.
10- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction without refund.
